What's Meeters?
We are building a new way to interact with people by leveraging technology.
We have built a community of people to whom we provide a platform to socialize and meet new people with the same interests to spend quality time together.
In 2021, thanks to our 37.000 customers community, we made 25.000 people meet in 1.600 events and 90 travels.
For 2023 and the years to come, internationalization and therefore the transformation into a European scale up awaits us, we’re excited!
What we are looking for
Despite the Covid pandemic, we managed to double our revenues and to expand our internal team of colleagues.
That’s why we are looking for a SEO Manager to join our amazing marketing team.
This is a cross-functional role tasked with identifying areas of opportunity to drive significant natural search revenue and fostering SEO best practices across the company.

She/he/them have proven experience in scaling SEO revenue at scale up, e-commerce or membership based businesses.
What will you do? Role highlights
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Direct on-page optimization projects (e.g. homepage, category and product landing page strategies)
- Direct internal linking strategies
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content and product landing pages
- Conduct keyword research to guide SEO copywriters
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Work with product team, social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Ensure cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes.
Requirements and Attitude:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Data Analytics or equivalent;
- SEO strategy and channel management experience in scale up, e-commerce or membership based businesses;
- She/he/them have proven experience in scaling SEO revenue via onsite and offsite strategies;
- Proven experience in link building strategies;
- Knowledge of leading SEO practices;
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Experience with SEO reporting;
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. "Google Tag Manager, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs o simili) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insight, etc.);
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude;
- Great communication and synthesis skills;
- Committed to deadlines with strong self-organization skills;
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork;
- Be a great team player with a leadership attitude;
- Availability to work in our Verona or Milan office based 3 days per week;
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with other performance marketing channels (adwords, display, native)
