What we are looking for

We are looking for a Head of Product to join and lead our amazing Product Team and external stakeholders in order to structure and coordinate UX/UI strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to understand the scope of the work, the deliverables, meet our stakeholders’ requests and is primarily responsible for all elements of product management, including UX design and brand design.

What will you do? Role highlights

• You will be responsible for product, UX and brand design with the opportunity to expand the team and add new department’s functions and roles such as UX Writing, UX Research and more.
• Conduct market research by customers’ testing in order to identify our users’ needs, Meeters' weaknesses and competitors.
• Data management and analysis (A / B tests, GA and reports will be part of your daily routine!)
• Build wireframes and mockups, keeping things simple
• Develop Meeters’ product vision and strategy based on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Manage multiple innovative product releases from concept to delivery, responding to changing requests and ensuring a successful product launch.
• Manage your team setting up an effective structure based on clear, defined and measurable goals.
• Review and analyze data to understand market trends and create new questions to be addressed.
• Create, define and implement our products’ roadmap (website, app and back office) considering relevant feedback from internal stakeholders and target customers.
• Serve as a key member of Meeters’ executive team, collaborating closely with our Marketing and Tech depths. 

Technical requirements & soft skills:
 

• Previous experience in tech or product teams as product manager/designer
• Minimum 2 years experience in launching products in the italian market
• Have a high level of quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs, brainstorming technical approaches, and testing a feature before it's released
• Previous experience in collaborating with cross functional teams from marketing, tech, operations depth.
• Ability to conduct group discussions and illustrate complex solutions
• Knowledge of Jira, Asana or other product management tools
• Be fluent in English & Italian

Nice to have

Previous experience gathered in b2c scale-up environment.
